Our comprehensive EVALUATION services provide you with future-oriented due diligence to determine how to create or enhance competitive advantages that will support your growth goals. Our Approach

We work with your top management to deliver the following key components of Avanti’s EVALUATION services:

• Company strategic objectives – defines your goals, objectives, requirements, and expectations for the acquisition.

• Project management – sets out the anticipated timing, milestones, and deliverables for the various stages of the process.

• Operational implications – assesses and compares your systems and processes in sales, marketing, customer service, technology and product development, and IT service to those of the candidates. Determines the operational implications for your organization.

• Organizational implications – evaluates and compares your culture, management team, key personnel, and employment practices to those of the candidates. Determines the organizational implications for your corporation.

• Business impact – determines the impact on productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction based on each candidate’s key attributes.

• Financial modeling – develops the relevant financial models for the candidates and rates them against the industry standards.

• Executive presentation and recommendations – at agreed intervals, Avanti will report on its progress and details of the next steps to be taken. Avanti will provide a “priority focus” report which ranks the desirability of each candidate that includes detailed and systematic analysis of the factors impacting that ranking. A high-level integration plan can also be made available by request.
