Overview

Avanti’s EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION PROGRAM assists companies in reducing the risks associated with employee turnover and employee attrition as a result of an acquisition, rapid growth, or downsizing.

Numerous M&A studies have found that in the first four to eight months following an acquisition, productivity may be reduced by up to 50 percent.
